Thank you for shopping with addapearl.com We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your Add-A-Pearl® purchases for many years to come. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped) for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges unless you have received a damaged or incorrect item. For your protection, we recommend purchasing insurance for your package as The Add-A-Pearl Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds can be expected within one week of our receiving your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Engraved items are Non-Refundable.

Exchanges are Easy!

We like to make exchanges as easy and fast as possible. If you would like to make an exchange, please call us toll free at 1-855-392-6640. Our customer care team will create a new order and ship it to you with free ground shipping. You will just need to return your original items for a refund.
