Here's when to send your necklace to us:
1. You're Ready to Add Pearls
Whether you're continuing a tradition or commemorating a milestone, send us your necklace when you're ready to add pearls. You can purchase pearls directly from our website and choose to have them held on file or immediately added to your necklace. When you're ready, we'll take care of the rest.
2. Your Necklace Needs a Little TLC
Necklaces that are worn frequently may need occasional repair or maintenance. Common reasons to send your necklace to us include:
- A broken necklace that needs restringing
- A worn or broken clasp
- An upgrade to a new clasp or the addition of a charm
We use fine silk thread with knots between each pearl to preserve their beauty and prevent damage. Over time, silk can stretch or weaken. If you notice spacing between knots or fraying, it may be time for a refresh.
3. You Want to Gift or Restore a Necklace
If you have a meaningful necklace that you’d like to restore and gift to someone special, we’ll help you bring it back to life. We handle heirloom pieces with the utmost care and attention.
Our Shipping Process is Simple
To send us your necklace, complete our Shipping Form and include it with your package. If you don’t have access to a printer, simply write the required information on a piece of paper. Be sure to include your name, contact information, and a description of what you'd like done.
